An encounter with Pacha Mama

“Hace unos días estaba viajando y tuve un encuentro con la Pacha Mama. Me dijo en tono de regaño: ¿Qué pasa con el río? ¿Por qué la gente no puede tomar agua del río si hace poco se podía tomar agua del río? Y me mostró imágenes del Río Magdalena sucio, fábricas vertiendo basura sobre su caudal, gente bebiendo agua amarilla intoxicandose.
Volví del viaje con su mensaje retumbando y su rostro./

A few days ago I was tripping and had an encounter with Pacha Mama. She said to me in a scolding tone: What is wrong with the river? Why can't people drink water from the river if recently they could drink water from the river? And she showed me images of the Magdalena River, dirty, factories dumping garbage over its stream, people drinking yellow water and getting intoxicated.
I came back from the trip with her message booming in my mind and her face.”
