José Palacio, known professionally as JIPS, is a Colombian visual artist and animator with a passion for creating captivating and immersive works of art. He is an expert in a wide range of artistic techniques, including traditional and digital animation, painting, and illustration. He is known for pushing the boundaries of artistic expression by integrating cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and fractal mathematics.
